After reading Desmond's post on Sunshine Plaza, I decided to head on there for a look, and the fact it has been ages since I last went there. Also, there was sightings on a Bandai candy toy at one of the shops there prompted my visit.
And this is the damage due to the visit, all from Xenohobby Workz.
(Note for those heading there, they only accept cash.)
The Amazing Spider-Man

Manwolf is quite an old figure from this Spider-man line which I never did really want to pick up when it was first released, as I was not familiar with the character. But after seeing pictures from other collectors, I decide to pick it up, for a good price of S$15 as well.
Final Fantasy VII Play Arts

This version of Yuffie Kisaragi (S$48) is from Final Fantasy VII. There is another version from Final Fantasy: Advent Children movie, which looks a bit plain. But this is where I first saw the character, and that cool looking weapon. It reminds me of Sasuke's weapon from Naruto.
MuGen

This is the Bandai set of candy toys MugenKaiSeiJuu that I was tipped off, but found at the shop instead of another. It is S$2 more than what you will normally get at Comics Connection.
Marvel Legends

This boxset was supposedly only available at SDCC 2008, but the local TRU managed to get them, although at S$79.90. I managed to get this piece from a frequent HK seller at only S$50. Box is not the best condition, but with such a price tag, it doesn't really matter. The boxart is done by Frank Cho by the way.
The Spectacular Spider-man Animated

Had been chasing this figure forever, and when I had a chance to get it at Takashimaya, I gave up the opportunity because it was closing time. Luckily I waited and get his from the same HK seller at a cheaper price.
Sky Girls

Only Vincent's shop was selling this series, and I was glad he continued to bring in the second series.
Gundam S.C.M. EX

Special Creative Model (S.C.M.) EX is a cool UFO Catcher prize item series featuring well-articulated action figures of Mobile Suits from the "Gundam" universe that come complete with weapons and optional hands!
And "well-articulated" is an understatement. Just do a search on "SCM EX" on the Japanese websites and you get to see the galleries of these Banpresto figures and their amazing articulation. Take it from a guy who loves articulation. It's awesome.
Picked this up from an unusual stall that was selling stuff dolls and other nick-knacks. They had a stack of the recent Gouf and Zaku releases, and Zeta and Hyaku Shiki which (if I am correct) are late last year's release. The recent releases were going for S$10 a piece, while the latter was S$6 and S$8. I hope to find the RX-78 version, which seems to be sold out.
Mattel DC Universe Classics

When everyone thought that Mattel distributor would never again bring in DC SuperHeroes line with some many figures still burning the shelves at department stores (partly due to their greed by rising the price from S$19.90 to S$34.90, and now having to succumb to pressure to reduce back to S$19.90), they managed to sneak in limited cases of DC Universe Classics Series 1. Hopefully they will continue to bring in the rest of the series. It's a bit worrying seeing how many Red Tornadoes whisking about the shelve space, and not taking off though.
Thanks to shaun again for picking these figures up for me.
NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Whoohoo ! Finally picked up these figures from the local distributor. Thanks Alex !
Marvel Legends Iron Men

Picked these loose figures (House of M and Young Avengers, no accessories) from the local flea market for S$10 a piece, capitalizing on the current Ironman movie release.
Hasbro Spider-Man 3 Sandman

Picked this up at the same flea market stall, seeing the price of this figure, and since it is still officially unreleased. This figure is similar to the movie BAF Sandman, but without the BAF part and different set of attack hands.
Hasbro Indiana Jones 4

Shia Labeouf making it big time with a major role in Indy4, after Transformers.
Got this figure to go with the Transformer figures.
World's Smallest Transformers

One down, and one more to go to complete the WST Dinobots.
Stuff I got during a weekend over at Malaysia.
The Batman

Not sure who is this character, because I missed out most of the episodes after season 1.
Marvel Legends Spider-Man Movie BAF

The only figure I wanted from this series was Venom, but the TRU only had these 2, a normal (rehash) super articulated Spider-man from the second movie, (re-hash) Doc Ock with bendy arms from the second movie and a black Spider-man package. Yes, package. The figure was missing. This series never made it to retail locally.
Last Order comic #9 exclusive Gally

My instincts told me that I should be able to find this figure at Kinokuniya, and I was right. Attempts to get this figure from Japan via the usual channels and the local Kinokuniya turned out in vain.
Malaysia boleh !!
Ryukendo

I just love monkeys. This is a repaint and retool figure of the previous one, with added chromed parts.
Transformers Movie

Got these magnet heads. I have yet to determine if these are 1/6th scale.
If they fit, might just kitbash something.

Thanks to my sister, who helped me secure these 2 pieces from Metro.

Transformers Henkei

Kudos to TakaraTomy to give us a purple Astrotrain, as opposed to the white version from Hasbro. Checkout pictures here by shaun.
Ben 10

Battle pose Ghost Freak. This figure is better than the first one.
Revoltech

The Kuro comes with new facial expressions.
Comics

Thing vs Hulk with art by Jae Lee (cheap sale !), and 30 Days of Nights: Beyond Barrow with art by Bill Sienkiewicz.
After hearing news that Hasbro will take over the production of Marvel related toys from Toy Biz, I knew we were screwed. And when they announced the Spider-man 3 movie figures, we were screwed. These came in the size of 5", one inch short of the usual Toy Biz and their own Hasbro Marvel Legends figures. This completely blows the whole scale thing. To make up for this shortfall, Hasbro decided to produce a separate movie line for collectors. But sadly, they are not up to the mark compared to Toy Biz. Anyway, good to hear that the other movie lines for Iron Man and Incredible Hulk will be back to 6".
A few days ago, I broke down and bought a 5" movie line figure, the Glow In The Dark (GITD) Venom.
Packaging

Since Hasbro said that these toys are targeted at kids, I am surprised that they still spent some effort on the packaging. The paper inserts and not just a single piece, but a few pieces pieced together.
Contents

A catalogue, the figure and a net, which is quite useless. The sticker advertised on the top of the packaging is missing though.

Articulation- Ball jointed head
- Ball jointed shoulders
- Double pin jointed elbow
- Cut wrist
- Swivel chest
- Ball jointed hip
- Combination of swivel and single pin jointed knee
Even though the head is a ball joint, its range of movement is as good as a cut joint. The shoulder articulation does not have a cut at the bicep, so the whole arm rotates with the shoulder. Similarly, the hip job only allows a limited range of movement, but if you turn the ball joint 180 degrees, you can get a splitting stance.
Overall, you can only have a limited number of poses, and not too many dynamic ones.
The eyes and teeth are painted with glow in the dark paint, but I did not take any pictures.
Action Poses

Double pin joint range.

Flying/leaping poses.

Invert hip joint 180 degrees to achieve this pose.
Scale

Comparison between Marvel Legends and Marvel Legends Showdown.
Overall
If you have extra cash, use it for some other figure.
